Joe was amazing!
Joe is absolutely amazing. We felt like we may have reached a dead end in the home searching process and I had found one home we really liked but it appeared it would not qualify for our loan type. Joe continue to push forward with more research and found that the home in fact was possible. Thank God he did so we could not be happier. We were also working on a very short timeline and with his expertise end guidance we were able to achieve our goal of homeownership in less than 60 days.Cannot say enough good things about him would recommend him to anybody and everybody looking to purchase or sell their existing home.
